NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-005438-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES, INC. MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-OA4, Plaintiff, and, MARIA A BOISVERT AKA MARIA BOISVERT, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00 AM on the 25th day of February 2013, the following described property:
LOT 360, FOX WOOD PHASE THREE, ACCORDING 10 MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 130 THROUGH 139, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
