NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-001490-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and SAMUEL RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAMUEL RODRIGUEZ; IVELISSE SANTANA RODRIGUEZ A/K/A IVELISSE SANATNA RODRIGUEZ F/K/A IVELISSE SANTANA PAGAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IVELISSE SANTANA RODRIGUEZ A/K/A IVELISSE SANATNA RODRIGUEZ F/K/A IVELISSE SANTANA PAGAN; STATE OF FLORIDA; VILLAS AT HIGHLAND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; HIGHLANDS OF PASCO COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 18th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3-VI, BLOCK, HIGHLANDS, PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 8 THROUGH 13 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
