NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed January 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-058564 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which The Bank Of New York Mellon Fka The Bank Of New York, As Trustee For The Certificateholders Of Cwalt, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2005-3cb, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2005-3cb, is the Plaintiff and Patricia L. Jenkins, Countrywide Bank, FSB f/k/a Treasury Bank, National Association, d/b/a Countrywide Document Custody Services, Jane Doe n/k/a April Mann, John Doe n/k/a Jason Man are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida, at 9:00am on the 28 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
LOT 6, BLOCK 17, UNIT 2, SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 78 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
