NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 16, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 512009CA009231XXXXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and LUIS E. PORTELA, ERADY C. PORTELA, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#, SKINNER NURSURIES, INC, OAK CREEK OF PASCO COUNTY HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 25 day of February, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 209, OAK CREEK PHASE ONE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 40 THROUGH 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
