HAURY; COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. PARCEL 3: THE NORTH 134.22 FEET OF THE SOUTH 322.66 FEET OF THE WEST 105.00 FEET OF LOT 33, BLOCK “B”, MAP OR PLAT ENTITLED “U.S. NO.19 NO.9 ADDITION”, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 66, AND REPLATTED AS PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 104 OF THE PUBLIC RECODS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA,LESS AND EXCEPT THE SOUTH 94.22 FEET OF THE EAST 80 FEET THEREOF.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
