NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed JANUARY 31, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2011-Ca-052597 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC. is Plaintiff, and RAELYN P. GREGORY; SCOTT H. GREGORY; USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; CEDAR CREEK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH CAROLINA, INCORPORATED IN NORTH CAROLINA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS. are Defendants.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
