WILKS, SR.; GALT ISLAND AVENUE PROPERTY RIGHTS GROUP, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A SHERIFF DEPUTY NOT REQUIRED TO GIVE NAME are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 1 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
