SOTTO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC; STATE OF FLORIDA; LEE COUNTY; LEE COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 20 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
