LOT 3, BLOCK 6, ASHLEY LAKES PHASE 2A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 50 THROUGH 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
