LeDuc, Jr. and Denise J. LeDuc, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, PAULA S. O'NEIL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on March 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT ONE (1), BLOCK ELEVEN (11), ASHLEY LAKES PHASE 2A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 50 THORUGH 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
