KATHLEEN M. SCHMIDT, a single woman, and UNKNOWN TENANT,

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CC-3003, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein GULF ISLAND BEACH AND TENNIS CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION II, INC., is Plaintiff, and KATHLEEN M. SCHMIDT is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on February 28, 2013, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 107W OF GULF ISLAND BEACH AND TENNIS CLUB II, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 3300, Page 208, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
