NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-019236 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for CSFB 2004-ARMT-1, is the Plaintiff and Gregory Strange, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Diversified Mortgage, Tenant #1 n/k/a Maria Cruz, Tenant #2 n/k/a Julio Soto, Tenant #3 n/k/a Holly Samples, Tenant #5 n/k/a Bonnie Davis, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 13th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
