NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-001357 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and John R. Escobio, Tenant #1 N/K/A Midalia Garcia, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 25th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
