NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment for Foreclosure of Liens, entered in this action on the 14th of January, 2013, I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com , at 10:00 A.M. on March 15, 2013, the following described property:
Lot 2, Block 2, Westchase Section “325A,” according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 85, Page 77 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located at 9910 New Parke Road, Tampa, Florida 33626 (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
