NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 5th day of March 2013, at 10:00 AM at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Statues,, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
LOT 43, BLOCK 1, PURITY SPRINGS HEIGHTS, UNIT #1, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
