NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on January 28, 2013, by the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the property described as:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: No. 124, LANCASTER II CONDOMINIUM, (Phase 2), according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 5340, page 1665, and subsequent amendments thereto, and in Condominium Plat Book 11, page 28, amended in Condominium Plat Book 12, page 1, public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, electronically online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on March 19, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
