NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 12-001709 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein S & A CAPITAL PARTNERS, INC. is Plaintiff and MICHAEL EMBDEN; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at public sale on March 14, 2013, at 10:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 5, JACKSON HEIGHTS 1ST ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 76, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
