NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11007372CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and MICHAEL J. BAAL; BRIDGETTE M. BAAL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BONAVENTURE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 28th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 103, BUILDING S, PHASE I, BONAVENTURE CONDOMINIUM II, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTION, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6133, PAGES 31 THROUGH 108, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 88, PAGES 100 THROUGH 105, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
