NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 31, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-005572, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and LAWRENCE F. SELLITTO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAWRENCE F. SELLITTO IF ANY; ELVERA NICOSIA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELVERA NICOSIA IF ANY; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR LEHMAN BROTHERS BANK, FSB; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 28th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK E, NORTHWOOD ESTATES TRACT “C”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 65 AND 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
