NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09008591CI (11), of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR12, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR12 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and STEVEN M. FLANAGAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVEN M. FLANAGAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ACHIEVA CREDIT UNION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 1st day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 1/2 OF LOTS 14, 15, 16, PLAN OF THE ROBERT THOMAS SUBDIVISION, LESS THE NORTH 10 FEET OF SAID EAST 1/2 OF SAID LOT 16 FOR ALLEY PURPOSES, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 35, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
