NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:

Book 4978, Page 1022, and any amendments made thereto and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, Pages 91-92, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 1860 Massachusetts Avenue NE, #117, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33703.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 7, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
