NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
That certain condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 102, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of REEF CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 5642, Pages 466 through 520 and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat book 72, pages 29 through 32, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 1000 Gulf Boulevard, #102, Indian Rocks Beach, Florida, 33785.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 1, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
