NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 5th day of March 2013, at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
UNIT NUMBER 57, BUILDING NUMBER 4, OF EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CYPRESS ESTATES CONDOMINIUM UNIT TWO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 53 THROUGH 57, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICAL RECORD BOOK 5012, PAGE 1951, INCLUDING ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS ATTACHING THERETO OR THEREFROM, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
