NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-CA-008722 DIV J of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank is the Plaintiff and Cesar A. Caban; Elsie Caban; Unknown Tenant #1A; Unknown Tenant #1B; Unknown Tenant #2A; Unknown Tenant #2B are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 4th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 1, REVISED MAP OF EUREKA, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 43 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
