Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 3rd, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 12-005200-CI , in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and TROY BENNETT WILLIAMS, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 100, LA COSTA BRAVA CONDOMINIUM NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3673, PAGE 869, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 12th day of March, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
