NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-016821 DIV. A of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein National City Bank successor by merger to National City Mortgage Co., is the Plaintiff and Christina Dorminy; Unknown Spouse of Christina Dorminy if any; Thomas Dorminy; Unknown Spouse of Thomas Dorminy if any and Unknown Tenant(s) , are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on April 15, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 1, HOLLY LAKE ESTATES AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
