NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 4th day of March 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com , the Clerk will offer for sale the following described real property:
unit 1422 of THE CLUB AT FEATHER SOUND CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of The Club at Feather Sound Condominium, recorded 08/01/2005, in Official Records Book 14494, Page 2117-2280, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, as such Declaration may be amended from time to time.
with the property address of 1952 Laughing Gull Lane #1422, Clearwater, FL 33762
together with all structures, improvements, fixtures, appliances, and appurtenances on said land or used in conjunction therewith.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment entered in Civil No. 12-1347 pending in the COUNTY Court of the sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale must file a claim with the Clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
