NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated January 7, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-008793, DIVISION: A, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff, and ENECLI MENA A/K/A ENELCI MENA; ERNIE AZUCEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERNIE AZUCEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ENECLI MENA A/K/A ENELCI MENA; RIVER MANOR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 25th day of February, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 3, RIVER MANOR SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGE 68 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 8510 HYALEAH RD, TAMPA, FL 33617.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
