NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County Florida, described as:
Portion of Lot 2, Block “A”, SOUTHERN COMFORT HOMES UNIT ONE-C, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 58, page 46-47 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, to wit: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 2, Block “A”; thence North 84 deg. 30' West, 97.13 feet; thence South 89 deg. 52' East, 96.70 feet to the West line of Starkey Road; thence South 0 deg. 08' 37” West, 9.09 feet to the P.O.B.; TOGETHER WITH Lot 3, Block “A”, SOUTHERN COMFORT HOMES, UNIT ONE-C, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 58, page 46-47 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, LESS AND EXCEPT the following described portion: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 3, thence South 84 deg. 30' E., 3.96 feet, to a point on the south line of Lot 2, thence South 89 deg. 52' E, 3.98 feet to a point on the West line of said Lot 3, thence Northeasterly along a curve, (said curve having a radius of 150.00 feet, a chord of 0.06, a chord bearing of South 5deg.37'24”W), a distance of 0.06 feet to the Point of Beginning.
