NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JANUARY 9, 2013, and entered in 11-012367CI-007 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE SERVICING, INC., is the Plaintiff and JILL ANN RIESER A/K/A JILL ANN SHEFF; TYLER BURKE SHEFF; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CRAIG REISER N/K/A KIMBERLY REISER are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on FEBRUARY 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 3, GOLDEN GATEWAY HOMES UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
