NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-005281, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA WASHINGTON; HARVEST CREDIT MANAGEMENT, IV, LLC AS ASSIGNEE OF DISCOVER FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA WASHINGTON N/K/A PABLO RIVERA; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 25th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 2, LINCOLN PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
