October 24, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2008CA000207, Division: 21 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES AEG 2006-HE1 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES AEG 2006-HE1, is Plaintiff, and JEREMIAH CHIACCHIA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEREMIAH CHIACCIUA; ZITA CHIACCHIA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ZITA CIUACCHIA; COLLINS ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR AEGIS MORTGAGE CORP.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION; ANY AND ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendant(s).

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
