NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 16, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012 CA 1132 CI, of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ANY UNKNOWN PARTY WHO MAY CLAIM AS HEIR, DEVISEE, GRANTEE, ASSIGNEE, LIENOR, CREDITOR, TRUSTEE, OR OTHER CLAIMANT, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST CHARLOTTE A. NORLANDER and BELLEAIR FOREST GARDEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, on March 5, 2013 at 10:00 a..m., and shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 1725-A OF BELLEAIR FOREST GARDEN CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4734, PAGE 133, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 89, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
NOTICE ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
