NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-018797, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff and EDWIN V. HAMMER, JR.; JOYCE C. HAMMER, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 11th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 28.4 FEET OF LOT 17 AND THE EAST 46.6 FEET OF LOT 18, BLOCK 15, PLAT NO. 1, GROVE PARK ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
