BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and HECTOR ROSALES; DIANA TIRADO; JOHN DOE N/K/A BASAI LATTIN; JANE DOE N/K/A NAKISHA LATTIN, are defendants.I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 14th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 47, HANKINS' SUBURBAN HOMESITES REVISED, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
