NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-008563, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, , is Plaintiff and ABEL EDUARDO PORTILLO, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 11th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9 BLOCK 5, HIGH-VIEW TERRACE, ACCORDING TO MAP OF PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 9 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PART THEREOF: BEGINNING AT THE SE CORNER OF THE SALD LOT 9 AND RUNNING THENCE S. 86 DEG 07' 47” W., 100.39 FEET ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF THE SAID LOT 9 TO THE SW CORNER OF THE SAID LOT 9, THENCE N. 84 DEG 52' 44” E, 100.43 FEET; THENCE 2.19 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF CURVE DEFLECTING TO THE LEFT HAVING A RADIUS OF 100.00 FEET AND A CHORD BEARING AND DISTANCE OF S. 03 DEG 14' 31” E., 2.19 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
