BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and DUOC NGUYEN; HUU VAN NGUYEN, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK A, OF PINECREST VILLA ADDITION NO.1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 40 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
