NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-027332 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, Pat Frank Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am on the 4th day of March, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Parcel “A”: Description: Part of Lot 2, in Block 2, of VANDER CREEK SUBDIVISION, a replat of Lot 50, and a portion of Lot 51 of Livingston Acres, according to Map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 53, at Page 4, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast Corner of said Lot 2, run thence South 88º25'14” West, 148.86 feet along the south boundary of said Lot 2; thence North 1º34'46” West, 65.00 feet to a point in a creek; thence North 88º25'14” East, 40.60 feet through said creek: thence North 42º03'45” East, 78.77 feet through said creek; thence North 59º54'34” East, 46.09 feet through said creek, thence North 88º25'14” East, 14.00 feet to the East boundary of said Lot 2, thence South 1º34'36” East, 144.00 feet along said East boundary to the Point of Beginning.
Parcel “C” Description: From the Southwest corner of Lot 51 of Livingston Acres, according to the Map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 28, at Page 4, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; run thence along West boundary Line of said Lot 51, North 1º42'12” West, 5.00 feet, thence along a line 5.00 feet North of and Parallel with the South boundary Line of said Lot 51, North 88º25'14” East 290.82 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence North 1º 34'36” West, 174.00 feet thence North 88º25'14” East, 125.18 feet; thence South 1º34'36” East, 174.00 feet, thence along said line of 5.00 feet North of and parallel with the South boundary line of said lot 51, South 88º25'14” West, 125.18 feet to the Point of Beginning.
