NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-011495, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff and JEFFREY A. ARP; CAROLYN J. ARP; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC; PAVILION PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 11th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 117 OF PAVILLION PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGE 67 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
