NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-008282, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ROBERT N. ZAMBITO; GAIL F. GREATHOUSE; AMERICAN EXPRESS TRAVEL RELATED COMPANY, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 14th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOTS 11 AND 12, OF NORTH BON-AIR, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
