NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 9th day of May 2013, at 10:00 AM at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Statues,, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:

FROM A POINT WHICH IS 35.0 FEET WEST AND 36.73 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN NORTH 87 DEG.12' WEST PARALLEL TO AND 35.0 FEET FROM THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 19, A DISTANCE OF 1263.48 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING OF WEST ½ TRACT “E”, CONTINUE NORTH 87 DEG.12' WEST, A DISTANCE OF 122.34 FEET; THENCE NORTH, A DISTANCE OF 885.28 FEET; THENCE EAST, A DISTANCE OF 122.19 FEET; THENCE SOUTH, A DISTANCE OF 891.25 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
