THE NORTH 35 FEET OF THE SOUTH 53 FEET, OF THE WEST ONE HALF OF LOT 3, IN BLOCK 25, DEMOREST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4803 N 9TH ST, TAMPA, FL 33603; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County
auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on February 27, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
