YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court, County of Hillsborough, State of Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
THE EAST 10.0 FEET OF LOT 23 AND ALL OF LOT 24, BLOCK 13, GANDY BOULEVARD PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 22, SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly known as: 3301 W. PEARL AVENUE, TAMPA, FLORIDA 33611.
You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suie 203, Tallahassee, Florida 32312, at least thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
