NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-012202, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and ANDRES ORTEGA; DEYNA ORTEGA; GEORGINA DESOUZA; TIMEPAYMENT CORP; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A JORGE ABAD; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 25th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 199 FEET OF THE EAST 597 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 SECTION 8 TOWNSHIP 28 RANGE 18, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE SOUTH 25.0 FEET OF THE PROPERTY IS FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
