NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-014500 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-5, is the Plaintiff and Belay Samuel, Fekre Samuel, Buckhorn Golf Club Estates, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 6th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
