NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated December 11, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2010-CA-020146, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and DANIEL LORENZO, ELIZABETH LORENZO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; THE GRAND RESERVE CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION AT TAMPA, INC., JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 26th day of February, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2511, OF THE GRAND RESERVE CONDOMINIUM AT TAMPA, FLORIDA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THERETO AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16005, PAGE 672, THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
