Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, the Clerk shall sell the property situated in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida described as:
UNIT NO. B, BUILDING N. 14 OF RAINTREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM NO. 8 ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED NOVEMBER 27, 1985 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4690, PAGE 152 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO
and commonly known as: 6006 Laketree Lane, Apt B, Temple Terrace, FL 33617, at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash at public sale on MARCH 11, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
