NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of January, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2012-CC-020880, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AT WESTWOOD LAKES, INC., is the Plaintiff and ROBERT J. LODER, JR.; BRENDA J. LODER and WELLS FARGO BANK are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 8th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
