NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-005153-CI-7 of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein STARBOARD TOWER CLIPPER COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JOASIS MANAGEMENT, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; ZEBOR INDUSTRIES, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; DIANA SANDOVAL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANA SANDOVAL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANA SANDOVAL; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 28 day of February, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Book 11188, page 597, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and amendments thereto, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 31, Page 1 through 25 inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; the street address of which is: 400 Island Way #609 Clearwater, FL, 33767.
