NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-005153-CI-7 of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein STARBOARD TOWER CLIPPER COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JOASIS MANAGEMENT, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; ZEBOR INDUSTRIES, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; DIANA SANDOVAL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANA SANDOVAL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANA SANDOVAL; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 28 day of February, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

R. Book 4768, Pages 1393 through 1765; inclusive, and amended in O.R. Book 6640, Page 562; O.R. Book 7473, Page 1986 , O.R. Book 7786, page 1231; O.R. Book 7951, Page 1726 and O.R. Book 11188, page 597, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and amendments thereto, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 31, Page 1 through 25 inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; the street address of which is: 400 Island Way #609 Clearwater, FL, 33767.
