NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-025611 - DIVISION A of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which BankUnited, is the Plaintiff and Michael P. Clary, Shane J. Clary, Mandolin Homeonwers Association, Inc a/k/a Mandolin Homeowners Association, Inc, Onewest Bank, FSB as Successor to Indymac Bank, FSB, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 13th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
